U.S. metal additive manufacturing service provider Incodema3D has announced the addition of 14 EOS laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) systems, including its first four M 400-4 machines and one M4 ONYX, along with a second batch of four M4 ONYX, two M 400-4, and three M 300-4 units. Once all systems are operational, Incodema3D will operate over 50 EOS metal systems. The company plans to triple its manufacturing capacity by 2030 and establish a second production facility. Its current plant in New York covers 5,575 square meters. Incodema3D has integrated full-process capabilities from design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) and printing to post-processing, precision machining, and inspection, enabling flexible service for mission-critical defense parts and high-volume energy components. The company has achieved 50% year-over-year growth since 2026, following a majority stake acquisition by AFM Capital.
