On August 31, 2026, the People's Government of Wuzhong District, Suzhou, published the public notice of acceptance for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the Anjie Technology Metal Additive Manufacturing Headquarters Base Project. The facility will be located in Guangfu Town, Wuzhong District (within the Taihu National Tourism and Vacation Zone), with Suzhou Anjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. as the construction entity. Anjie Technology, an A-share listed supplier of consumer electronic functional components, has already initiated R&D on 3D printing of Mg alloy parts for 3C products. This headquarters base project represents the physical production capacity for its metal additive manufacturing segment, which upon completion will enable scaled production of metal 3D printing consumables and printing services. Value for powder buyers: (1) The plant's commissioning will drive batch procurement demand for Mg and Al alloy powders used in 3C printing; (2) the growing adoption of metal additive manufacturing in consumer electronics supply chains is a key incremental market for metal powders; (3) tracking the company's equipment selection and powder supplier bidding activities may reveal procurement opportunities.
