The core material, a high-thermal-conductivity alloy, achieves a thermal conductivity >100 W/(m·K) and a room-temperature yield strength >450 MPa, with the key breakthrough of direct usability without heat treatment, eliminating 8-10 hours of high-temperature waiting. The material uses a magnesium-free formula, reducing dust safety classification from the highly explosive ST3 level to ST1. It is paired with the Fueese430 four-laser metal printer, offering double the efficiency of dual-laser systems. Three-layer software collaboration—UT-ONE automatic pre-processing, MSCON equipment monitoring, and AI-powered intelligent powder bed inspection—ensures controllable, traceable, and reproducible printing quality per mold cycle.
