Zhuochuang Additive has officially initiated its R&D and manufacturing base project for metal 3D printing equipment, which has already entered the application process. This milestone marks a critical step for the company in transitioning from research to industrialization in the metal additive manufacturing sector. Although specific investment scale and production capacity data have not yet been disclosed, the base will focus on independent R&D and batch production of metal 3D printers. As the domestic market for metal powders and 3D printing equipment accelerates localization, the project is expected to enhance local equipment manufacturing capabilities, reduce reliance on imported machinery, and provide metal powder material companies with closer-to-application testing and validation platforms, thereby fostering synergistic development across the industry supply chain.
