Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd., a global leader in consumer-grade 3D printing, has passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange hearing and is expected to list on the main board in May 2026. The company plans to initiate pre-listing investor education (PDIE) on May 12. If successfully listed, it will become the first consumer 3D printing stock in Hong Kong. According to Frost & Sullivan data, in terms of gross merchandise volume in 2024, Creality 3D ranked first globally in the consumer 3D scanner market and second in the consumer 3D printer market. The IPO proceeds will primarily fund technology R&D, international user operations and platform development, global brand promotion, and strategic investments. However, the prospectus also reveals net losses in 2025, a reversal from profit to loss, negative operating cash flow, a surge in marketing spend from RMB 301 million to RMB 570 million, declining annual shipments, and multiple challenges that cannot be overlooked.
