Chengdu Guoxing Yuhang Technology Co., Ltd. has refiled for a Hong Kong IPO, aiming to become the first publicly traded “Space AI” company. The firm focuses on satellite development, constellation operations, and space-based AI solutions. As of April 2026, it had completed multiple funding rounds, raising a total of RMB 3.55 billion with a post-investment valuation of approximately RMB 11.6 billion. According to its prospectus, the company holds orders for 37 AI satellites yet to be delivered, with a combined contract value of RMB 1.231 billion. Notably, its R&D scope includes cutting-edge areas such as on-orbit additive manufacturing. In December 2025, it signed an agreement with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to establish China’s first joint space computing laboratory for developing on-orbit additive manufacturing technologies. Proceeds from the IPO will fund technology development, business expansion, and working capital. A successful listing would provide capital support for its space-based intelligent computing constellation and frontier R&D efforts.
