For high-end molds, conformal cooling channels built inside the mold via 3D printing boost cooling efficiency by over 30%, with mold delivery as fast as three days. The company's Qianjiang manufacturing base began plant planning and renovation in May 2026, aiming to establish a facility capable of producing 50 high-end metal 3D printing devices annually within the year, alongside a printing service factory covering chip cooling and 3C equipment production lines, targeting an annual output value of 30 million RMB upon full operation. Focusing on selective laser melting (SLM) technology, Diexu Universe has built a full-chain service capability spanning R&D modeling, rapid prototyping, small-batch production, and on-demand spare parts.
