Aerospace Yuxing, a leading domestic commercial satellite telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) enterprise, has completed its IPO guidance filing with sponsor Guotai Haitong Securities, marking the company's formal push into capital markets after nearly a decade in the commercial aerospace TT&C sector. Founded in October 2016, the company was among the first in China to enter commercial aerospace via satellite TT&C, with its core team hailing from traditional aerospace institutions. To date, it has completed over 10 financing rounds, cumulatively raising more than 2 billion yuan, with over 1 billion yuan raised in 2025 alone. As of June 2026, the company has provided paid services to over 500 satellites and launch vehicles, with its TT&C and data transmission service volume doubling annually for four consecutive years, and capturing a 92.8% market share in China's paid satellite TT&C services. A successful IPO would further boost capital market attention to the broader commercial aerospace services industry.
