U.S. software company nPower has released Scheduler version 3.0.0, upgrading its original single-site scheduling solution to an enterprise-level platform. Key updates include: support for multiple schedulers in a single installation, enabling headquarters to view production results across factories while each scheduler maintains independent configuration and data sources; each scheduler can have different run intervals, supporting "what-if" simulations without disrupting production; data integration supports mixed sources such as multiple ERPs and Excel; a new local data maintenance screen reduces ERP dependency; filtering of recommended print batches by AM technology type; and permission control down to the individual scheduler level. According to nPower's Chief Product Officer, this release represents the infrastructure version that enterprise manufacturers have been waiting for.
