On April 29, 2026, Shaanxi Zhituo Solid-Phase Additive Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. completed a new round of capital increase and share expansion. Multiple institutions, including the National Industrial Mother Machine Industry Investment Fund and the Moutai Jinshi Industrial Development Fund, jointly invested. Shaanxi Zhituo is the only high-tech enterprise in China specializing in vacuum diffusion welding. The company has developed a 2400mm ultra-large equipment, breaking foreign monopolies. Its PCHE heat exchangers are used in the world's first commercial supercritical CO₂ power generation unit. Shaanxi Province has listed additive manufacturing as a key industry chain, with Xi'an forming a multi-technology-route industrial cluster. Shaanxi Zhituo has jointly established a laboratory with Northwestern Polytechnical University. The simultaneous entry of national team and Moutai capital indicates that the window for industrialization of metal additive manufacturing is opening. This may shift metal powder demand towards diffusion welding-specific materials, driving customized development of powder particle size and composition. Downstream applications in aerospace, nuclear power heat exchangers, and other fields gain the ability to integrally form high-tightness, large-scale components. Next, focus on the localization process of vacuum diffusion welding equipment and the batch application of PCHE heat exchangers in hydrogen energy and supercritical CO₂ power generation.
