Bright Laser Technologies (BLT) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, detailing its achievements in green manufacturing and low-carbon operations. At the equipment level, BLT introduced engineering-validated multi-laser, 2.5-meter-scale forming systems and multi-laser solutions for various machine models, with core parameters reaching internationally advanced levels. In materials, the new titanium alloy BLT-TiAM2, launched in August 2025, improves material utilization through powder recycling and regeneration technology and has obtained SCS Kingfisher certification. The company's self-developed argon gas circulation system, integrated into metal powder production lines, significantly reduces high-pressure argon consumption. Process innovations include green laser printing and high-temperature laser preheating forming. In applications, metal 3D printing has supported commercial aerospace customers such as LandSpace and Orienspace in successful launch missions, and for BYD's Yangwang U9X, high-strength aluminum alloy bodies produced via 3D printing achieve over 30% weight reduction compared to traditional methods. During the reporting period, R&D investment reached RMB 242 million, accounting for 13.05% of revenue, with 456 authorized patents accumulated.
