Henan ZhongZuan New Materials Co., Ltd. has officially launched Phase II of its production project, marking a strategic expansion into three major emerging strategic sectors: new energy materials, 3D printing, and high-end equipment and precision molds. Upon full operation, the company’s annual output value is expected to exceed 5 billion RMB, helping establish the region's largest alloy powder production base in central China. The company has independently integrated three advanced powder manufacturing processes and holds 30 core proprietary intellectual property rights. Leveraging the Henan High-Temperature Alloy Powder Academician Workstation, established under the guidance of Academician Ge Changchun, the company has recruited a doctoral research team and deepened industry-academia-research collaboration. It has added 30 specialized production lines for soft magnetic alloy powders, raising total capacity to 18,000 tons, including 3,000 tons of 3D printing alloy powders, covering a full range of products such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and high-speed steel.
