On September 2, Changying Precision's Embodied Intelligence Components (Southwest) Manufacturing Base commenced operations in Sanjiang New Area, Yibin, Sichuan. The facility features full-chain mass production capabilities for dexterous hand structural components, joint module housings, precision transmission parts, and torso/limb structures. In the first half of the year, revenue from embodied intelligence and emerging technology hardware reached RMB 243 million (up 537.64% year-over-year), with 860,000 humanoid robot component deliveries exceeding the full-year total for last year. Industry signals indicate a production ramp-up: Tesla's Optimus Gen3 has entered volume manufacturing (approximately 1,000 units per week in September), UBTech delivered 921 units in the first half, and Jintian Rongyu has begun small-batch supply of joint housings. As humanoid robots transition into the order fulfillment phase, the scale-up of precision metal structural components is driving demand for titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel powders.
