Beifeng Smart Technology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. has filed a high-performance 3D printing metal powder intelligent manufacturing project. Located in Jungar Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, the project involves a total investment of 130 million yuan and is scheduled to begin construction in August 2026. Upon completion, it will achieve an annual output of 500 tons of copper alloy powder, 50 tons of nickel-based superalloy, 50 tons of stainless steel powder, and 500 tons of titanium alloy powder. The project primarily includes the procurement and installation of production equipment, with 4 production lines comprising 58 sets of equipment expected to be fully operational by 2028. This will establish another core powder production base for Beifeng Smart Technology, supplementing its existing facility in Linfen, Shanxi. The project will leverage local coal gangue resources to extract silicon, aluminum, and other elements, reducing raw material costs, and will establish the first Wu Xinhua Academician Workstation in China to provide technical support.
