The Shandong Spatial Metal Technology Industrial Park project has officially launched in Rizhao High-Tech Zone. The park plans 52 ultra-large and 100 standard-size metal 3D printers, with core equipment building volumes up to 3600mm × 1500mm × 600mm. The systems are self-developed by a research team from Tsinghua University with 100% localized core components. Three major business directions target aluminum alloys (high-end lightweighting), copper alloys (AI chip heat dissipation), and superalloys (key rocket and satellite components). Total intended orders exceed RMB 1 billion. Leveraging Rizhao's deep-water port, the park achieves a 'port-to-port' logistics advantage, with metal components shipped out and powder raw materials delivered by sea. The project is invested by Rizhao Yiming New Materials, with core technology support from Anhui Xinfangzun.
