Jutai Times, in collaboration with Professor Chen Zhe's team at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has proposed a "deformable eutectic nanoframework" (DT-ENS) design strategy, successfully developing Al-Er-based high-strength and tough aluminum alloys such as RAE600 and RAE700. Under laser powder bed fusion conditions, the material achieves a porosity below 0.05%, yield strength of 648-707 MPa, and elongation of 7.0%-10.3%, demonstrating excellent synergy between strength and ductility. During the engineering validation phase, BLT's BLT-S210 equipment, with its high process stability, helped the team rapidly lock in optimal parameters, while the BLT-S450 ensured density and performance consistency in large-scale component batch production. Currently, RAE600/700 materials have been successfully printed and validated on complex components such as robot legs and satellite brackets, with global multi-regional patent portfolios in place.
