Yishi Precision, a company listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with IQ Evolution (IQE) based in Aachen, Germany. The two parties aim to leverage metal laser 3D printing technology as the core to jointly explore the microchannel liquid cooling plate market. The collaboration will focus on developing additive manufacturing processes for pure copper and aluminum alloys, addressing challenges faced by traditional processes like skiving and welding in fabricating complex microchannel structures. IQE brings expertise in metal 3D printing and liquid cooling, while Yishi Precision offers experience in automotive precision component manufacturing and market channels. The partners plan to cover the full workflow from design, printing, to post-processing and validation, providing integrated liquid cooling solutions with higher heat dissipation efficiency and more compact structures for high-heat-flux applications in automotive, data centers, energy storage, and communication base stations. The cooperation is currently in the strategic planning phase.
