Yishi Precision (920221.BJ), a leading precision components company listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, announced plans to acquire 100% equity of Hengjin Electromechanical in cash, expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. Hengjin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Korea's BMC, specializing in automotive electronic control system components and sensitive sensors, with estimated annual revenue exceeding RMB 175 million. This acquisition will strengthen Yishi's integrated capabilities in precision mechanics and automotive electronics, enabling customer sharing and margin improvements. Additionally, in May, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Germany's IQ Evolution GmbH, focusing on liquid cooling systems through collaborative development of copper/aluminum additive manufacturing and microchannel liquid cooling plates. This targets high-growth markets including automotive, computing, energy storage, and telecom base stations, transitioning from single-process machining to integrated precision mechanics, automotive electronics, and metal 3D printing solutions.
