Recently, the 'Aerospace Block, Soaring to the Sky' series event—'Digital and Intelligent Manufacturing Builds Dreams in the Vast Sky: 3D Printing Empowers the Development of New Quality Productive Forces in Commercial Aerospace' industry exchange event was held at Beijing Rocket Street. Twelve companies from across the commercial aerospace and 3D printing industry chains gathered to conduct supply-demand matching around 3D printing technology innovation, commercial aerospace applications, and industrial collaboration. The event was guided by the Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Bureau of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and jointly hosted by the Zhongguancun Yichuang Commercial Aerospace Alliance and others. During the exchange session, Beijing Xinghe Aviation Equipment shared its 'Metal Additive Manufacturing: Lightweight Solutions for Commercial Aerospace' theme, presenting its business layout in metal 3D printing and aerospace component design and manufacturing, and introducing applications such as integrated forming of complex structural parts and stainless magnesium alloy technology. Beijing Qingyan Zhishu presented 'Electron Beam 3D Printing Empowers Commercial Aerospace,' introducing core technological advantages including high-energy electron beams, high-temperature preheated powder beds, and high-vacuum forming chambers, centered on scalable electron beam metal 3D printing solutions. In free exchange, participating companies held in-depth discussions on technology supply and product demand. Multiple companies conducted matchmaking around specific business needs and formed preliminary cooperation intentions. Beijing Rocket Street is China's first commercial aerospace common R&D and production base. This year it entered a new stage of delivery and commissioning, comprehensively advancing enterprise settlement and industrial resource clustering. Value for powder buyers: ① Commercial aerospace companies are engaging directly with materials, equipment, and process service providers, further opening demand channels for aerospace powders such as titanium alloys, magnesium alloys, and superalloys; ② The powder procurement demand driven by equipment companies Xinghe Aviation Equipment and Qingyan Zhishu is worth tracking; ③ Pay attention to follow-up supply-demand matching events in the Development Area's commercial aerospace cluster and the material procurement lists of companies settling in Rocket Street.
