Sichuan Tuling Zhifang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has completed and commenced production of its CNY 200 million additive manufacturing R&D and production base in Luzhou Longmatan District. Two production lines—metal and photopolymerization—are now operational, with full project acceptance expected by July 2026. The core product, a craniomaxillofacial repair system, enables 1:1 customized printing based on patient CT data, using titanium alloy and PEEK materials for precise cranial defect repair. The company's medical 3D printing technology now covers bone defect repair across multiple body sites, including the spine, pelvis, and joints. Additionally, it has deployed radiotherapy 3D printing technology for patient positioning and fixation during radiation therapy, enhancing precision in modern radiotherapy. The company has achieved widespread application at both non-implantable and permanent implantable levels, with biodegradable implants and cell 3D printing currently under R&D.
