From May 6 to 9, BLT exhibited at both the China International Foundry Expo & Diecasting & Nonferrous Expo and the China International Titanium Expo in Shanghai, presenting full-process capabilities from powder materials and 3D printing processes to multi-field application parts. Under the titanium expo's theme of 'Titanium Materials and Application Technologies', BLT highlighted its complete technical route of 'high-quality titanium alloy powder – additive manufacturing – end-use parts', displaying self-developed materials such as high-strength and high-temperature titanium alloys, along with 3D-printed titanium alloy parts made from these powders, including aerospace structural components, medical implants, and industrial parts, demonstrating comprehensive performance in density, dimensional accuracy, and fine details. At the diecasting expo, BLT focused on metal additive manufacturing integrated die-casting solutions, showcasing typical applications in aerospace and new energy sectors. Compared with traditional multi-part assembly processes, integrated solutions effectively reduce machining and assembly steps, shorten production cycles, and lower manufacturing costs.
