German hypercar manufacturer Apollo has developed a one-piece 3D-printed titanium exhaust for its new EVO model, taking over 123 hours to print and claimed to be the world's largest single-piece printed exhaust. Crafted from aerospace-grade TA15 alloy, the exhaust boasts superior strength and thermal performance, coated with a ceramic layer resistant to 1000°C. The dragon-scale surface texture blends aesthetics with functionality—enhancing heat dissipation uniformity across the structure while delivering visual impact, embodying a design philosophy of 'form, story, and engineering integrated.' Such complex geometry is unattainable through traditional manufacturing. Limited to 10 units globally with a price tag of $4 million, the EVO is powered by a Ferrari F140 V12 engine, with the first car scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2026.
