Jiangsu Boqian New Materials Co., Ltd. has launched the environmental impact assessment for a technical renovation project to produce ultra-fine copper powder. Located in Suqian High-Tech Zone, Jiangsu, the project will utilize the existing 3,000-square-meter Workshop No. 3 on site. Currently, the workshop houses 10 nano-nickel powder production lines; one line will be dismantled, with the remaining nine reconfigured, and 10 copper powder production lines added. Upon completion, the facility will achieve an annual production capacity of 80 tons of ultra-fine copper powder, primarily for applications such as AI server MLCCs and photovoltaic electrode materials. Leveraging its PVD process for high-end metal powders with particle sizes at the nano and sub-micron levels, this renovation will further enhance the company's supply capability in the specialized electronic-grade high-end metal powder market.
