The IPO application of Beijing Yuding Additive Manufacturing Research Institute Co., Ltd. on the STAR Market has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with plans to raise approximately 1.802 billion yuan. The company was jointly established by the core technical team of Academician Wang Huaming and Beihang University, and it operates the 'National Engineering Laboratory for Additive Manufacturing of Large Metal Components' in collaboration with the university. The company has achieved global breakthroughs in key laser additive manufacturing technologies for high-performance large critical metal components such as titanium alloys and ultra-high-strength steel. Its results have been applied in the development and batch production of major equipment, including advanced fighters, large aircraft, heavy-lift launch vehicles, spacecraft and satellites, and nuclear energy equipment. Among these, the 'Laser Forming Technology for Large Integral Complex Titanium Alloy Aircraft Components' won the First Prize of the National Technological Invention Award. The company holds comprehensive military industry qualifications, with products primarily focused on aerospace, nuclear energy, and related sectors.
