TianGong International's titanium alloy powder project has reached a key milestone: the first plasma atomization (PA) system will be installed and enter commissioning by late May, with the first batch of finished titanium alloy powder expected in June. The project builds a full-chain closed-loop green manufacturing system centered on two main pillars: efficient utilization of recycled resources and high-performance powder production. Using second-generation PA technology, powder purity, sphericity, and particle size control can directly meet aerospace-grade standards. Consumer electronics (3C) is the primary application target for the initial titanium powder. Phase I has established three plasma powder production lines with an annual capacity of 300 tons; Phase II will add 15 new-generation PA systems and one EIGA line, boosting total capacity to 3,000 tons per year upon full completion, forming a 'scrap recycling – melting – powder production' closed-loop green manufacturing system that achieves 100% recycling of titanium scrap.
