Shenyuan New Materials Technology (Hebi) Co., Ltd.'s Shenyuan New Materials EIGA electrode induction gas atomization powder production project entered environmental approval pre-review public notice on October 10, 2026 (public notice period October 10-15). The project has a total investment of RMB 30 million (environmental protection investment RMB 90,000) and leases Plant No. 7 at the Haili Magnesium Alloy Lightweight Equipment Industrial Park in Hebi Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is an expansion project. The project uses titanium electrode rods and titanium alloy electrode rods as raw materials and adopts the EIGA electrode induction gas atomization process. Main equipment includes an electrode induction gas atomization powder production system, an air classifier, a two-stage cyclone powder collector, a rotary vibrating screen, and a double-cone mixer. The process route is surface treatment, melting, crushing, cooling, screening, blending, inspection, and packaging. Once completed, it will form titanium alloy powder production capacity. Sandblasting and shot blasting dust will be discharged through a 20-meter-high exhaust stack after cyclone dust removal plus explosion-proof cartridge filter dust removal. Shenyuan New Materials was established in 2019 (formerly Tianjin Chongshi Technology) with registered capital of RMB 50 million and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Tuobu Technology. This is another titanium alloy powder production expansion following projects such as Xinjinghe Huzhou and Tangshan Shantiancheng. The EIGA process focuses on high-purity spherical titanium powder without ceramic crucible contamination and can serve as a price comparison and alternative supply source for aerospace-grade TC4 and other titanium alloy powders.
