As new energy vehicles enter the 800V high-voltage era, the heat flux density of power modules surges dramatically. Xihe Additive leverages 532nm green laser metal 3D printing technology to unlock the ultimate manufacturing potential of pure copper liquid cold plates. Typically, pure copper absorbs only about 5% of infrared laser light, but green laser boosts absorption by 8–10 times to over 40%, achieving a density above 99.9%. The core advantages are threefold: one-piece forming eliminates thermal resistance and leakage risks from brazed joints; it enables micron-scale channels and triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) ultra-dense fin structures that are impossible with CNC, multiplying heat exchange within a limited volume; and it allows precisely densified micro-channel arrays in hot-spot areas beneath chips for targeted heat dissipation. This green laser pure copper printing technology fully leverages the high thermal conductivity of pure copper, enabling batch production of high-performance pure copper heat dissipation components, and its engineering value in automotive thermal management has been preliminarily validated through industrial-scale application.
