Beifeng Intelligent has introduced a high-quality CuCrZr alloy powder specifically designed for laser powder bed fusion. Conventional VIGA gas atomization processes often lead to Cr element segregation, causing significant fluctuations in mechanical and conductive properties within the same batch. Beifeng's self-developed GHA atomization technology achieves instantaneous process temperatures of up to 3000°C, ensuring no Zr element burnout, while non-contact melting enables uniform Cr distribution at the microscopic level, effectively reducing composition segregation. The powder maintains oxygen content below 200 ppm under full-flow argon protection, with sphericity ≥95% and virtually no satellite or hollow particles. Printed parts achieve a density of over 99.9%, stable thermal conductivity of 320–350 W/(m·K), tensile strength of 540 MPa, yield strength of 450 MPa, and elongation at break of 15%. The product is used in batch production for high-thermal-conductivity and high-electrical-conductivity applications such as heat exchangers and induction coils.
