Hangzhou Dongyi Additive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has filed a new production line project in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, for an annual capacity of 35 tons of copper-based 3D-printed products including optical module heat dissipation components and AI liquid cooling plates. The project was updated on the national engineering project intelligence platform as of November 2026 and is currently in filed status. The project leases 2,001.42 square meters of plant space from Zhejiang Dongyi Times New Materials Co., Ltd., with total investment of 90 million yuan, including 70 million yuan in equipment investment. The planned start of construction is February 2027. The project targets copper-based 3D-printed products, with a product line covering two types of thermal management components: optical module heat dissipation components and AI liquid cooling plates, and a planned annual capacity of 35 tons. Equipment investment accounts for about 78 percent of total investment, with funding from self-raised sources. Once completed, the project is expected to achieve sales revenue of 75 million yuan and taxes and profits of 7.5 million yuan. The project is classified under the construction and real estate category for plant buildings, with construction nature of new build and owner type of enterprise or institution. The project explicitly adopts a copper-based 3D printing process route to produce heat dissipation components and liquid cooling plates, and will be implemented in existing plant space leased from Zhejiang Dongyi Times New Materials Co., Ltd. within the same group system, creating a plant reuse relationship between the new materials and additive manufacturing segments. The product direction corresponds to copper-based thermal management components for two application scenarios, optical modules and AI liquid cooling, with annual capacity planned at 35 tons.
