Addireen has opened a new plant in Zhanggong District, Ganzhou, with a maximum monthly capacity of 50 metal additive manufacturing systems. The facility primarily produces green laser equipment for pure copper, copper alloys, and thermal management components. The core model, XH-M350G-2HR, is equipped with dual 532 nm green lasers and a build chamber measuring 350 × 350 × 550 mm. The system integrates powder bed monitoring, process data logging, and a temperature-controlled optical system. Pure copper reflects near-infrared lasers, making it difficult to process with conventional laser powder bed fusion. Green light couples better, providing a more controllable process window. Parent company Gongda Laser contributes its experience in high-power green fiber lasers. The new plant covers assembly, optical integration, commissioning, and quality inspection to support multi-system deliveries. Pure copper additive manufacturing is moving from process trials into volume production. Applications include liquid cooling plates for AI servers and heat sinks for optical modules.
