On September 29, 2026, Addireen launched its third-generation green laser metal 3D printing system, the XH-M350G-2HR, designed for faster, more consistent copper 3D printing and aimed at moving pure copper printing from prototyping to volume production. Copper has low absorption of conventional infrared lasers, which limits printing efficiency and density; the green laser approach is a leading technical route for pure copper LPBF. The third-generation system's improvements in speed and consistency further remove barriers to volume production of pure copper. Value for powder buyers: the industrialization of green laser copper printing will directly drive large-scale demand for high-purity spherical copper powder and copper alloy powders such as CuCrZr, and powder specifications (sphericity, oxygen content, particle size) will become clearer as volume production matures.
