BLT, in collaboration with its Korean partner Lincsolution, appeared at the 2026 SIMTOS (Seoul International Machine Tool Show), focusing on three key areas: thermal management, consumer electronics, and batch production capabilities. In thermal management, BLT showcased topology-optimized pure copper cold plates and triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) heat exchangers, with optimized flow channel designs to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The company has delivered over 100,000 copper alloy parts to date. In consumer electronics, BLT advanced its involvement in the development of OPPO’s Find N6 after contributing to the Find N5, driving the evolution of batch-produced components like folding phone hinges toward lighter, thinner, and more precise designs. Additionally, full-plate parts from molds, medical, and automotive sectors demonstrated the stability and consistency of BLT’s end-to-end additive manufacturing solutions for mass production. This exhibition marks a critical phase for Chinese metal 3D printing enterprises, transitioning from technology validation to scalable production, providing mature pathways for global manufacturing cost reduction, efficiency gains, and iterative upgrades.
