Panxing Advanced Alloy Materials (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., located in Jintan District, Changzhou, is a national high-tech enterprise focused on additive manufacturing and new material applications. Its headquarters covers 55,000 square meters, with a 22,000-square-meter production workshop and a 5,000-square-meter R&D base, and a team of nearly 200 people. The company has cumulatively produced more than 1,000 tons of alloy powder and more than 10 million amorphous alloy parts, serving hundreds of customers worldwide. In 2021, its brand gained recognition from first-tier industry customers, and some products entered national major projects. The Powder Metallurgy Division focuses on new alloy powders for additive manufacturing, using improved crucible-free electrode induction melting gas atomization (EIGA) and vacuum induction inert gas atomization (VIGA) technologies. In 2021, it completed the construction of 10 powder production lines with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons of new alloy powders, and has compiled and participated in multiple national standards for metal powders for additive manufacturing. Quality control follows EN9100 aerospace quality system requirements, and products meet European and American aerospace-grade standards. The division is equipped with a Concept Laser M2 medium-sized 3D printing system and uses microstructure and property analysis of printed parts to reversely adjust the entire process of material composition design, melting, powder production, and printing, forming a closed loop between powder development and quality control. Since 2012, the research institute has developed more than 200 alloy materials and more than 40 metal powders, and has established cooperation with more than 50 universities and R&D institutions worldwide. From an industry-chain perspective, Panxing possesses both EIGA and VIGA atomization routes, kiloton-level powder capacity, and an aerospace-grade quality system, as well as a complete R&D loop from material design to print validation. This provides substantive support for the stability of domestic additive manufacturing powder supply and the speed of grade iteration. Its Amorphous Division's annual parts capacity of 10 million units and the planned layout of 20 subsequent parts production lines also provide a capacity foundation for the mass application of amorphous materials in consumer electronics and other scenarios. Value to powder buyers: (1) Aerospace-grade quality system and European/American standard endorsement make it suitable for priority inclusion in supplier evaluations by buyers with batch consistency requirements for titanium alloy powders and high-performance alloy powders; (2) kiloton-level annual capacity and 10 production lines can support stable batch supply and reduce supply interruption risks; (3) it has targeted development capability and can conduct joint development of customized grade materials with partners to shorten the validation cycle for new materials.
