According to information from the China National Intellectual Property Administration, BLT has filed a patent titled 'Ti-6Al-4V-0.25Si Titanium Alloy Powder for Additive Manufacturing and Its Preparation Method, and Titanium Alloy Parts.' By mass percentage, the powder contains 5.5–6.75% Al, 3.5–4.5% V, and 0.1–0.5% Si. By adding trace amounts of silicon to the traditional Ti-6Al-4V alloy, the patent aims to improve the powder's high-temperature performance and printability. In 2025, BLT reported total revenue of RMB 1.852 billion, with revenue from 3D printing raw materials reaching RMB 113 million. This patent represents another strategic move by BLT to extend from being a leader in equipment manufacturing to offering integrated 'equipment + materials,' further enriching its titanium alloy powder product line.
